I apply a photo-journalistic approach to my wedding photography, capturing your emotions organically and enabling you to share your love story with family and friends in a beautiful format. I also offer engagement shoots, helping you to get comfortable in front of the camera; a great opportunity for invitation shots and location scouting.

I'M DARREN

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME…

I'm a photographer based on the stunning island of Jersey, Channel Islands. I work both locally and abroad, happily going anywhere that work takes me. I have a lot of experience in wedding photography and am always honoured to be part of a couple’s big day, as the photos are one of the few material things that are taken away from the day.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience when it came to having Darren as our wedding photographer. From initially meeting to discuss our vision to the small details and moments he captured along every part of the day. His professionalism meant that whilst he went most of the day un-noticed, the photos he showcased after the big day proved that he had been there at every point. We couldn’t believe the moments he had caught on film. We were so happy with the whole portfolio and couldn’t have wished for anything more.

I met Darren at the marquee solutions wedding fare. I was looking for relaxed and in the moment photos and also someone who could capture sparkler photos! Darren had a huge sparkler photo at his stall and after initially speaking I knew he was the photographer for us! He works as a fly on the wall to capture every special moment and detail. I had talked through with Darren all the key shots that were important to us and he listened and captured each moment which bought tears to our eyes! These were then sent through the next day in our sneak peak photos which we were able to share with family and friends. Darren gave us no time limit and stayed all day until he had captured every moment. All our guests complimented his style and they were all thrilled by the laid back approach. The photos are everything and more. We feel very lucky Darren was available to document our day for us and we couldn’t recommend him enough!

Absolutely love this guy! I cannot put into words how happy we are with our wedding photos.
